Hi. My name is Illuminaria. I am a 25 year old female who lives in Columbia, Missouri.
I have been a Christian for five years. I grew up as a Mormon, had a few agnostic years, and converted right around the time I met my husband. I have been married for four and a half years. As a teenager and young adult I was a libertarian-liberal and as I grew up I began to grow more conservative. My current views are pretty balanced between conservative and libertarian. I like to write about politics, religion, and moral issues.
I am currently in graduate school, slowly working on my Masters in Electrical Engineering while I do full time research work in signal processing and non-destructive testing. I have two bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. I love math and I always have since I was a little girl. I really like to do in-depth analysis of scientific and statistical subjects on my blog. I also like to write about education.
Even though I am in a scientific field, I also really enjoy to write, which is why I am here. Generally I try not to write about subjects unless I feel like I can add something new to the discussion, and I like to write about things in-depth.
